Unfortunately, I live up in Fishtown, so I wasn’t able to witness this spectacle for myself. This is what it’s all about. There isn’t shit to do, the city is in a state of emergency, and the Eagles aren’t playing. I see nothing wrong with this at all. In fact, I encourage it.
