phillies fans fight citizens bank park

Phillies fans are now turning on each other at Citizens Bank Park and honestly, I can’t even blame them

The Phillies are so bad right now that fans are fighting each other in the stands at Citizens Bank Park. Not opposing fans. Not Braves fans talking shit. Phillies fans going at Phillies fans. That’s where we’re at in April of 2026.

At some point during the Phillies’ embarrassing and zero-energy 9-0 loss to the Braves on Friday night, fans out in the Surfside Deck or whatever it’s called in left field officially turned on each other. Check out these creatures.

Taijuan Walker continues to be cancer, Phillies look completely checked out in 9-0 loss to the Braves >>

Obviously the clip doesn’t tell the whole story here but this guy with the lower ground should have known better.

You’re below deck yelling up at a bunch of other dudes who have the high ground and then you start spitting on them? What in the hell is that about?

I don’t care what those guys did before the cameras started rolling. Spitting is an insane move and either this dude was completely fearless about what was coming next or he genuinely didn’t know any better.

Next thing you know a guy comes back and absolutely destroys him with a beer.

Direct hit. Perfect angle. That was so easy but damn did he connect. Honestly the accuracy was so good I would have rather seen him on the mound than Taijuan Walker on Friday night. Then again I would rather see literally anyone on the mound than Taijuan Walker so I’m not sure that’s saying much.

That dude should be on the mound instead of Taijuan Walker

Still can’t figure out why the guy on the lower level just stood there and took it. He could have easily walked away. Instead he stayed planted, tried to spit again, threw a lazy punch at the dude’s hand, and just absorbed everything that came his way.

Had his girl with him too. Wild.

Almost so wild I respect it on some primal level but at the end of the night I don’t respect anyone fighting in the stands at a baseball game. Especially when it’s a meaningless game in the middle of April and the guys fighting are all rooting for the same team that is coincidentally getting their asses beat by their NL East rivals at home.

Just get out of there and beat traffic. All of this is stupid and unnecessary.

You’re watching a team that doesn’t care right now and you’re choosing to take that frustration out on the guy sitting three rows above you instead of just leaving.

The Phillies gave you nothing on the field Friday night. Absolutely nothing. Zero runs. Zero energy. Zero reason to stay past the fourth inning.

Instead of doing the smart thing and heading home, these guys decided to create their own entertainment in left field.

I get the frustration. I really do.

Watching Taijuan Walker serve up batting practice for four innings while the offense goes 0-for-4 with runners in scoring position is enough to make anyone lose their mind. But save it for the group chat.

Save it for the drive home. Save it for the comment section on this article if you have to. Don’t be the guy spitting on other fans at a 9-0 loss in April. That’s rock bottom behavior and the Phillies aren’t worth rock bottom yet. Give it until June at least.
