JP Morgan exec allegedly tried to turn her Asian junior banker into her office sex slave
A JP Morgan executive has been accused in a new lawsuit of sexually abusing, harassing, threatening, and allegedly drugging a junior male employee over a period of months.
We see this kind of stuff all the time these days. Regardless of gender, having power over someone makes some people believe they can do whatever they want. This one, however, may be the craziest office sex scandal I’ve ever seen.
The lawsuit was filed Monday in New York County Supreme Court by a plaintiff using the name John Doe. According to the complaint, Doe says he chose to remain anonymous to protect himself and his family after receiving threats.

The lawsuit names Lorna Hajdini, 37, an executive director in JP Morgan Chase’s Leveraged Finance division. Hajdini has not publicly responded to the lawsuit. JP Morgan has denied the claims and said its own internal investigation found no evidence to support Doe’s allegations.
A spokesperson for JP Morgan said, “Following an investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims.”
The company also said Doe refused to participate in the investigation and declined to provide facts that JP Morgan says would be central to supporting his allegations.
As you’ll see, the claims are very descriptive. Unless this John Doe guy is just describing his own sexual fantasies in depth here, I find it hard to believe he just made all of this up.
JP Morgan Lawsuit Claims Harassment Began In 2024
Doe joined JP Morgan as a Senior VP/Director in March 2024. Hajdini joined the team in a senior role the following month.
According to the lawsuit, the alleged behavior started shortly after the two began working together.
Doe claims that in early May 2024, Hajdini dropped a pen near his desk, bent down to pick it up, rubbed his leg, and squeezed his calf. The lawsuit says she then made a sexual comment about him having played basketball in college. Telling Doe basketball players make her very wet. Great way to break the ice in my opinion but evidently Doe does not agree.
From there, Doe alleges the conduct became more direct and more threatening.
At one point, according to the complaint, Hajdini allegedly told him, “If you don’t fuck me soon, I’m going to ruin you… never forget, I fucking own you.”
See, the whole “owning” someone part is where you lose me. What ever happened to good old fashioned affairs? Why does it have to be a power fantasy? Everyone has their kinks. Everyone also knows expressing those kink in the work place will more than likely land you in a lawsuit.
The lawsuit says Doe repeatedly resisted Hajdini’s advances. It also claims she tied his career at JP Morgan to whether he would comply with her demands.
Doe alleges she told him that if he wanted to be promoted to executive director, he would need to start “pleasing” her.
During a work social event, Doe claims Hajdini told him, “You’re gonna need to earn it, my little Arab boy toy.”
The lawsuit also accuses Hajdini of making repeated racial comments toward Doe, who is Asian.
“Little Arab boy toy” is crazy. I don’t really have much to add to that.
Doe Claims He Was Threatened Over His JP Morgan Future
According to the lawsuit, one alleged assault happened during the summer of 2024 after Hajdini showed up at an apartment where Doe was staying. Doe claims he rejected her advances and told her he was not interested, but Hajdini allegedly tied the encounter to his future at JP Morgan.
“Do you want to get promoted at year end or not?” she allegedly told him. “Do you want a future at JPMorgan? It’s that simple. I don’t know why you’re fighting this.”
The complaint claims Hajdini then removed her shirt, fondled herself, insulted Doe’s wife, telling him, “I bet your little Asian, fish head, wife doesn’t have these cannons.” Wild, wild thing to say. I know this is a serious thing, but how am I not supposed to laugh when she’s dropping one liners like this? After dropping bars she forcibly removed his pants before performing oral sex on him against his will.
Doe claims he continued to protest and began crying during the alleged assault. According to the lawsuit, Hajdini mocked him for crying and for not getting an erection.
“Stop fucking crying. You think anyone would ever believe you?” Hajdini allegedly said. “You’re a fucking douche bag who thinks he’s hot shit, but you can’t even get your dick hard for me? What the fuck is this?”
The lawsuit then claims Hajdini ordered Doe to perform oral sex on her, despite his pleas of “don’t make me do this.” According to the complaint, Doe complied because he feared she would retaliate against his career.
Personally, I would’ve fallen in love with this woman on the spot. But it’s important to note that I’m a sick, sick little pup. My guttural reaction to this is not healthy by any means. I trust none of you will judge me.
The complaint also says Doe was assaulted again later that same month. During that alleged encounter, Doe claims he told Hajdini, “I’m very uncomfortable, please, Lorna, please, I’m begging you.”
The lawsuit says Hajdini allegedly continued to harass and assault Doe over the following months.
Doe also claims Hajdini repeatedly reminded him that she “owned” him and controlled his promotion and bonus.
During an alleged September 2024 encounter, Doe claims Hajdini threatened his promotion again.
According to the complaint, she allegedly said, “I fucking own you! I will make you pay.”
She also allegedly told him, “If you don’t fuck my brains out tonight, I’m going to sabotage your promotion.”
Again, the owning part is throwing me off. I’m a sick freak but I don’t think I’d like a woman telling me over and over again that she owns me. Or maybe I would, I’ve never actually had that happen to me. I’ll report back when/if I ever find myself in this situation.
Lawsuit Claims Doe Was Drugged And Later Retaliated Against
Doe also alleges Hajdini admitted to drugging him with Rohypnol, commonly known as “roofies,” along with another drug meant to help him perform sexually.
The lawsuit says Doe became afraid to report the alleged abuse because he did not trust JP Morgan to properly investigate it.
By late 2024, he began looking for other jobs. But according to the complaint, Hajdini and other senior managers allegedly damaged his chances by giving “aggressively negative” references after learning he wanted to leave.
In May 2025, Doe submitted a written complaint to JP Morgan detailing what he described as race and gender-based discrimination, harassment, and severe sexual abuse.
A week later, Doe claims JP Morgan began retaliating against him.
The lawsuit says he was reprimanded, locked out of company systems, and placed on involuntary leave.
Doe also claims he started receiving threatening phone calls after making the complaint.
One alleged caller reportedly told him, “Just wait ‘till you’re back in New York, Brown boy… You better stay away – snitch.”
Another caller allegedly threatened to contact ICE about Doe and his family.
Damn… they didn’t have to get ICE involved. Seems like overkill.
JP Morgan Denies The Claims
JP Morgan has denied Doe’s allegations.
The company said its internal investigation found no evidence supporting the claims. JP Morgan also said Doe did not cooperate with that investigation.
Hajdini remains employed by JP Morgan.
Doe’s attorney, Daniel J. Kaiser, told the Daily Mail that his client’s allegations are horrendous and disturbing. Kaiser says Doe has been devastated personally and professionally, has been diagnosed with PTSD, and has been unable to find another job due to reputational damage.
Doe is seeking damages for lost earnings, emotional distress, reputational harm, punitive damages, and changes to JP Morgan’s workplace practices.
Look, I understand the seriousness. I just think I would have fallen in love with this Hajdini woman. Does that make me a bad person? That’s for you to decide I suppose. I’ll put it like this — if a woman co-worker called me her, “Little Italian boy toy,” I’d have to give in. You have no choice at that point.
I’m not proud of it, but I am man enough to admit it.

Realist read in a minute, few are brave enough to admit what is stated above. Agree though, no matter how craze you are, I don’t think you’ll speaking in that way it’s too over the top. There’s also the matter that he’s supposedly married; you’re a grown ass man say no and walk away. If it persists more, take your phone and secretly record the convo. Lastly, a lot of the claims are that it happened in the office. Modern offices, most I’ve seen and personally been in (I’m in banking myself and have worked in Manhattan), don’t provide the privacy that would be required to do these things let alone a lock.
Can I get her number?
Just dm her LinkedIn you dog
He refused to cooperate with an investigation?! That doesn’t ring true to me..if
these heinous allegations had merit,I’d think he’d do whatever he could to prove
them.
Hello, I am applying for the former Doe position; I was told to apply here.
Damn I’d eat that
