Jaylen Brown hopped on stream Sunday night to complain about losing to Sixers and Embiid’s flopping

Jaylen Brown and the Celtics blew a 3-1 series lead to the Philadelphia 76ers. That’s something I thought I’d never say, but in the year of our lord 2026, apparently anything is possible.

The series turned once Joel Embiid settled in. Even Joe Mazzulla admitted as much, telling reporters that the only real difference in the series was Embiid’s return. And unfortunately for Boston, that difference ended up being their downfall.

Instead of taking the L on the chin like a man, Jaylen Brown hopped on Twitch Sunday night and started complaining. Embiid’s flopping is ruining the sport. This was somehow his favorite season as a Celtic. The whole thing was all over the place, and Brown made a complete fool of himself in the process.

To be fair, we do have to give him a little bit of credit. Before the tears started flowing, Jaylen Brown did concede that Embiid was unstoppable. The Celtics had no answers for the big fella.

Saying this is the most dominant he’s ever seen Embiid is pretty crazy. Considering all the shit Embiid has gone through to get to this point, it’s kind of unbelievable that he’s still out here taking over a playoff series. Especially against a team he had never beaten in the postseason, while trailing 3-1 in the series.

That was about the only respectable thing Jaylen Brown said during his stream. The rest was just nanny nanny boo boo shit.

Right after telling his chat that Embiid is a beast, he flipped to the other side and started complaining that Embiid is a flopper and that flopping is ruining the game. Meanwhile, Brown had the most egregious flop of the entire series in Game 7.

You can’t go around bitching about flopping when you have a track record like this. The tape speaks for itself. It’s an unwritten NBA rule. Don’t complain about flopping, because there’s a good chance you’ve done it at least a few times throughout your career.

In Jaylen Brown’s case, it was a few several times.

Brown finished off the stream by telling his audience that this was his favorite year as an NBA player, which is another insane thing to say out loud. Ask any Celtics fan where this season ranks among their recent NBA seasons, and they probably put it dead last.

Brown was just ecstatic that he got to be the No. 1 option for most of the year. For him, that was enough. For everyone else, it says everything we need to know about Brown.

Don’t ask me where the leprechauns came from in that last clip. I’m just as confused as you are.

There’s not much else to say about this other than Brown is a dummy. A silly goose, even, for running his mouth after such an embarrassing loss. Jayson Tatum is the corniest dude in the NBA, and even he knew to keep his mouth shut after this one.

Brown could learn a thing or two from his teammate here.
