DOJ drops federal charges against Israeli Citizen running an illegal biolab in Las Vegas

The Trump Administration’s Department of Justice dropped the federal firearms charge against Ori Solomon, an Israeli citizen who was arrested in connection with an illegal bio lab found inside a Las Vegas home.

The FBI raided the property in late January 2026 after reports that a housecleaner and several employees had fallen “deathly ill” after exposure to the site. Inside they found lab equipment, centrifuges, refrigerators with vials containing unknown liquids, blood and tissue samples, human samples, flu vaccines, and testing kits.

Materials initially tested for dangerous pathogens. Solomon was in the United States on a non-immigrant visa from Israel and was found with multiple illegal firearms including rifles and handguns, along with foreign passports with inconsistent name spellings.

Welp, the federal gun charge has been dismissed. He’s free to go back to Israel.

An unlicensed biolab with international connections. Employees getting severely ill after exposure. Illegal firearms. Foreign passports with inconsistent information. A non-immigrant visa holder running a lab in a residential garage in Las Vegas. And the federal government dropped the case and walked away.

This Was the Third Illegal Biolab Found in American Suburbs Since COVID

The Las Vegas home is owned by Jiabei Zhu, also known as David He, a Chinese national currently in federal custody for operating a similar illegal biolab in Reedley, California, which was shut down in 2023.

The Reedley lab had been found to contain samples of Ebola, HIV, and other dangerous pathogens. The FBI said the Las Vegas materials were “mostly components for manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.” Mostly.

That word is doing a lot of heavy lifting in that sentence.

Three illegal biolabs found in American suburbs since COVID. Chinese and Israeli nationals operating them. Employees getting sick. Dangerous materials discovered. And the federal response has been to drop charges and let the people involved walk free or flee the country. Zero arrests that stuck an meaningful investigation made public. Zero accountability for anyone involved.

The Same Jurisdiction Let Another Israeli Citizen Walk on Child Predator Charges

Here’s where it gets worse. The same legal jurisdiction in Nevada has a pattern. In August 2025, Tom Alexandrovich, a senior Israeli government cyber official, was charged with soliciting a 15-year-old girl in a sting operation in Las Vegas.

He was released by the court with no travel restrictions and no GPS monitoring. He predictably fled back to Israel. His charges have since been vacated.

Israeli-born Acting U.S. Attorney Sigal Chattah is the prosecutor connected to both cases. Solomon’s biolab charges dropped. Alexandrovich’s child predator charges vacated after he fled the country. Two Israeli citizens. Two serious criminal cases. Both walked free. One is back in Israel. The other is about to be.

I have no idea what’s going on behind the scenes. But the optics are atrocious. An Israeli citizen running an illegal biolab with firearms and inconsistent passports gets his charges dropped.

An Israeli government official caught in a child predator sting gets released without restrictions and flees the country. Both cases handled by the same jurisdiction. Both resulting in zero consequences.

Well That’s Weird, Right?

It is extremely uncommon to release someone accused of sex crimes involving minors with no restrictions. It is even more uncommon when the accused is a foreign national who lives abroad, which makes them an extreme flight risk by every basic legal standard.

The most fundamental precept of handling foreign defendants is that people who live in another country need special tracking and restrictions to prevent them from fleeing. Alexandrovich got none of that. He walked out the door and went straight to the airport.

Solomon had illegal firearms, foreign passports with inconsistent names, was operating on a non-immigrant visa, and was connected to an unlicensed biolab where people got sick. In any other circumstance, a foreign national with illegal guns and inconsistent identity documents found at the site of an unlicensed biolab would be held, investigated thoroughly, and prosecuted.

Solomon’s charges were dropped. The federal government decided it wasn’t worth pursuing.

So the obvious question here is why does this guy get special treatment? When you expand that, the next obvious question is why do both of these guys get special treatment?

If you want get specific…what is it about Israeli citizens in the Nevada legal system that produces outcomes where serious federal charges disappear and defendants walk free or flee the country without consequences?

You can’t even ask those questions…

The mainstream media covered the biolab raid when it happened because it was sensational. An illegal lab in a Las Vegas home. Employees getting sick. The FBI involved. That’s a story. Then the charges got dropped and it disappeared from the news cycle.

No follow-up. No investigation into why the charges were dismissed. No questions about the connection to the Reedley, California lab. No scrutiny of the pattern of Israeli citizens facing serious charges in Nevada and walking free.

The Epstein files are still locked away. The connections between Epstein’s operation and Israeli intelligence have been documented and discussed for years. A journalist investigating Epstein’s New Mexico ranch claims she was attacked with directed-energy weapons and is fleeing the country.

Israeli citizens are operating illegal biolabs in American suburbs and having their charges dropped. An Israeli government official caught soliciting a minor was released and fled to Israel.

I keep saying pay attention. The dots keep connecting. The pattern keeps repeating. The accountability keeps not happening. Every time someone asks why, the question gets buried under the next news cycle.

America appears to be occupied by interests that don’t answer to the American people and our leaders either don’t care or are complicit. I’m not even sure that you could consider that a conspiracy theory anymore, but rather a pattern of outcomes that speaks for itself.
