LeBron Sixers Watch: Internet sleuth untangles James’ Golf Galaxy video, discovers it was in Allentown based off name plaque

Regardless of how likely or unlikely it is, the LeBron to the Sixers watch will always be fun. And this will be the last time we ever get to convince ourselves that we have a shot, so we might as well go all in.

Over the holiday weekend, LeBron James posted a video of himself at a Golf Galaxy checking out some clubs. In a vacuum, a pretty innocuous video. The dude just loves golf, and there are thousands of Golf Galaxies across the United States. But somehow, an internet sleuth by the name of Philondelphia managed to piece it all together and figure out that this Golf Galaxy was right outside of Allentown based on nothing more than a name plaque on the wall.

In LeBron’s video, a plaque with the name Ryan Moyer can be seen in the background. After Philondelphia did some research, he found that this Ryan Moyer character is the bag room supervisor at Brookside Country Club in Pottstown, PA.

Now, you could watch this video and justifiably think there’s nothing to it. I get that, and initially, I kinda sorta thought the same thing. Then we found out a private jet landed in Akron from Philadelphia on the same day.

Whether this actually happens or not, this is electric stuff. This is why we watch sports and root for our teams, to get delusional over the best basketball player of all time potentially joining our team.

I love it. I doubt we’ll get an answer from LeBron any time soon, though. Only time will tell.
