Tacko hasn’t played in the NBA since the 2021-22 season with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Before that, he spent 2019 to 2021 with the Boston Celtics, where he was teammates with Jaylen Brown. Most recently, he was playing overseas for the Ningbo Rockets in the Chinese Basketball Association.
As a two-way player, Tacko Fall will split time between the Sixers and the Delaware Blue Coats. Having a 7-foot-6 body in practice every day is useful for any team, and there are worse ways to use a two-way spot than on one of the most popular end-of-bench guys in basketball.
The first time the Sixers are up 25 in the fourth quarter, the whole building is going to be chanting his name. Get ready.
