Yards Brewing Releasing “Big Hayes-y IPA” as the Flyers Bandwagon heads to Philly.

Starting this Friday – Philly’s native brewing company – Yards Brewing will be releasing a “Big Hayes-y IPA” – an ode to our guy Kevin Hayes. The beer is a “New England Style IPA” which tends to be a bit juicier and “hazy”. Sounds like the perfect pairing for Hayes – a Dorchester, Massachusetts native and hockey star at Boston College.

Coincidentally, the release of the beer comes at a perfect time for the Flyers bandwagon that’s pulling into town just in time for the playoffs. Trust me, I know because I’m the one driving it. The Flyers have been on absolute fire. Hayes has been a huge part of that – absolutely dominating the Sharks’ last game.

The Flyers are 17-0-1 when Hayes gets on the board and square off twice this weekend against his old team, the New York Rangers. Join the bandwagon. Grab some Hayes-y IPA’s. Let’s get pucks on net, kill some power plays, and snipe some cellys.
