“We have withdrawn Nashville SC from the MLS is Back Tournament. Due to the number of positive tests, the club has been unable to train since arriving in Orlando and would not be able to play matches, For every decision, we make in our return to play, the well-being of our players, staff, officials and all participants is our top priority.”
Dallas FC have been also pulled out from the tournament after 10 players and one staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
The Union now play against Inter Miami CF on July 14th at 10:30 pm, and Orlando City SC on July 20th at 8:00 pm.
