Union Forward Sergio Santos Awarded MLS Player of the Week

Following his hat trick from Saturday’s game against Toronto FC, Philadelphia Union forward Sergio Santos was awarded the MLS Player of the week. He is now the fourth player in Union history to record a hat trick. In the last six games, Santos has scored five goals and is now tied for the clubs leading goal scorer with 7 regular-season goals.
This is Santos’s first-ever MLS Player of the Week award and is the 13th player in club history to do so. Here are the other 12 players to earn this award in a Union jersey.
