Flyers Fans: What you need know before attending tonight’s game at the Wells Fargo Center

The Philadelphia Flyers are home tonight against the Washington Capitals. For the first time since March 10, 2020, the Flyers will have fans in attendance at the Wells Fargo Center. Around 3,000 fans will be in attendance tonight for the Capitals – Flyers game tonight.
Without fans in attendance, the Wells Fargo Center made several upgrades to the facility in order to meet health and safety protocols for reopening. They installed a brand new HVAC system that will replace all of the air inside the arena in less than 30 minutes. They have a new “Clean Team” that will focus solely on keeping things sanitized and disinfected. The Wells Fargo Center also installed hand sanitization systems around the arena and bathrooms have been upgraded to feature touch-less appliances. All transactions for food and retail are also contactless and cashless.

Ticketing
All tickets for Wells Fargo Center events will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from guests’ mobile devices at the arena to maintain a contactless guest experience.
The WFC installed brand new ticket-scanning turnstiles so guests for contactless entry. Staff will also be on hand at each entrance to help guests scan their tickets, if necessary.
Limited Capacity and Pod Seating
Wells Fargo Center will initially welcome limited capacity crowds in adherence with the latest public health guidance from City and state officials. Guests will be seated in ‘pods’ so that each party can maintain social distance from other guests. Given the different health and safety requirements and league regulations for hockey and basketball games, the seating and ticketing processes will be different for Flyers and 76ers games.
Face Coverings/Masks
Face coverings are required for all guests (ages two and up) at all times within the Wells Fargo Center and surrounding areas (including the parking lots).
Health Assessment
Each guest must complete a mandatory self-assessment health questionnaire onsite prior to ticket scanning and entering the building.
Physical Distancing
Guests must practice physical distancing at all times inside Wells Fargo Center by maintaining at least six (6) feet of distance between other patrons outside of their immediate party.
Bags
Fans are not permitted to bring bags of any size into the venue.
Parking
Wells Fargo Center will offer a contactless parking experience through SP+ Parking Solutions.
Arena Entry & Exit
Guests will be directed to a dedicated entrance to the arena based on the location of their parking spot and seat inside the venue.
Food & Beverage
Fans will now be able to order food and drinks directly from their mobile devices and all food and beverage transactions are cashless.
Retail
The New Era Team Store and other merchandise locations at Wells Fargo Center will be open, and we’ve made it easier than ever to purchase Flyers and 76ers gear.
