Philadelphia Union have announced today that they reached an agreement on a one-year deal with defender Aurelien Collin. Collin is a former MLS Cup Champion and three-time MLS All-Star. He joined the Union in 2019, where he helped bring home the club’s first-ever Supporters’ Shield in 2020.

“We are pleased to have come to an agreement with Aurelien and welcome him back to our roster for the 2021 season, his veteran presence has been invaluable for the club and we appreciate the guidance and knowledge he brings to our young team.”

Before being part of the Union’s historic Supporters’ Shield victory this past season, Collin has spent his career across several MLS clubs. 

• New York Red Bulls (2016-2018)
• Orlando City SC (2015-2016) 
• Sporting Kansas City (2011-2014)

The Union continues to make some final additions to the club as they gear up to their 2021 MLS campaign. The first game of the season is on April 18th against the 2020 MLS champions, Columbus Crew SC.
