The Misery Report is back with a historic 10th episode. As one of the longest running podcasts in the history of podcasting, recording our 10th episode is quite the accomplishment. We recorded this episode from Pas’s new house and soon-to-be TMR Studios. The Phillies and Sixers were both on TV so there’s a lot of live discussion of a horrible night in Philly sports.
The Phillies got destroyed by the Braves in Atlanta 8-1 and the Sixers lost in New Orleans 101-94. Welcome to The Misery Report. We go deep into Vinny Velo and why he is one of the few Philadelphia athletes that fans just can’t let go. We try to make sense of Ben Simmons and his inconsistent play. We talk a bunch of shit on the post Sixers and Phillies post game shows and try to figure out if the Flyers would be better off blowing the entire team up and enter rebuild mode yet again.
