Daryl Morey teases 76ers possibly running it back

Just after signing Danny Green late last night to a two-year deal, 76ers President of Basketball Operations Daryl Morey threw 76ers fans into a frenzy with this stat he posted on Twitter.
If you’re unable to view the picture, it is showing the 76ers starting five from last season having the highest positive differential in the NBA. This shocked fans due to the inclusion of point guard Ben Simmons, who many thought was on his way out of Philadelphia.
After all those trade talks, are the 76ers bringing back Ben Simmons for another season? Or is Daryl Morey back to his trolling ways once again? Morey is known to be a troll on Twitter, often attempting to recruit players or posting various memes right after acquisitions. It’s likely just Morey messing with fans and showing the efficiency of the rest of the 76ers’ lineup.
Ben Simmons has been involved in numerous discussions over the offseason, and the 76ers have kept their price high. Several reports have said they want at least four first-round picks and a player back for Ben, but no team has budged so far.
