Ben Simmons puts apartment up for sale, could be a sign that he doesn’t want to be in Philadelphia

Philadelphia 76ers point guard Benjamin Simmons has officially put his Ritz Carlton Residence up for sale in Center City Philadelphia. The news was first reported by Keith Pompey from the Philadelphia Inquirer. Just another hard hitting journalism story behind a lousy paywall. In the article, Pompey calls the new listing something that “could be a sign that Ben Simmons is serious about not returning to Philadelphia.” Uhhhh ya think?
Simmons purchased his place at the Ritz for $2.54 million in 2018. It has three bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is 3,079 square feet. The residence comes with two underground parking spots, access to a fitness center and pool, and valet parking.
Sweet. Sell it Ben. The 76ers aren’t paying you and keeping your pretty little contract in escrow so they can take all the money we are going to fine you over the next few months directly from that. The apartment is actually listed on Zillow, which came as a surprise to me. I didn’t know multi-million dollar athletes sold their homes on Zillow like the rest of us peasants but I’m glad to see Ben Simmons do something Philly-like for the first time in his career.
Here’s a bunch of pictures from Bright MLS:
You know what really makes me upset? I bet loser Ben Simmons didn’t even listen to Plies “Ran off on the plug twice” while he lived in the Ritz Carlton. If I know anything, Ben Simmons doesn’t vibe in a Ritz Carlton.

[…] witness in real time how badly Klutch Sports and Ben Simmons have handled this situation. Even with Ben Simmons moving all of his things out of Philadelphia, the 76ers have stood their ground and basically said the actions of Klutch and Ben Simmons are […]
