Eagles injury report grows to 12 players ahead of Sunday’s game against Detroit

The Eagles’ injury report for today’s practice was somehow longer than yesterday’s. After 11 players were listed on Wednesday, 12 players now appear on today’s report. The good news is a lot of the players listed are returning to action, but it’s still not a great sign that it’s this lengthy.
Eagles Injury Report for October 28th:

Five of the 12 players named today were full participants in practice. Jack Anderson, Jason Kelce, Lane Johnson, Fletcher Cox, and DeVonta Smith were all back in action. Meanwhile, Landon Dickerson is a new addition with a hip injury that was not known before today. Javon Hargrave was still limited with his shoulder injury and can hopefully be active for Sunday.
Zech McPhearson, Ryan Kerrigan, and Miles Sanders were the only three Eagles who didn’t participate in practice. Sanders was expected, and the Eagles should be fine without the other two, but their depth will be very thin on the defensive line and secondary.
For the Lions, no players missed practice for them this week. D’Andre Swift and T.J. Hockenson were both limited, but they should be ready for this Sunday’s game. If the Lions are without these two, their already weak offense will be in a lot of trouble.
