Chicago Bulls – Philadelphia 76ers Preview

The 76ers host the Bulls in their efforts to extend their winning streak and improve on their 5-2 record. Philadelphia only faced off against Chicago two times last season and were victorious in both matchups.
The 76ers are coming off a three game win streak, most recently beating the Trail Blazers without Joel Embiid, or Tobias Harris. Even though they were short handed, the Sixers took control of that game with ball movement, pace, and defense. The recipe for success will ultimately look similar tonight.
Here are tonight’s odds brought to you by Parx Sportsbook, the official sports gambling partner of The Liberty Line.

Joel Embiid returns to action after a scheduled rest day against Portland on Monday. Embiid has a solid track record against the Bulls in his career, beating them twice last season and scoring a career high 50 points in their first matchup. The Sixers will unfortunately be without two starters excluding Ben Simmons, as Tobias Harris (health/safety), and Danny Green (hamstring) are both listed as out for tonight’s game. There are a few different directions that Philadelphia could go with the lineup, but I assume Furkan Korkmaz will replace Green, and then either Thybulle or Niang will step in for Harris.
Chicago stands atop the Eastern Conference at 6-1, their only loss being to the Knicks in New York. With the additions of Lonzo Ball, Demar Derozan, and Alex Caruso the Bulls have revamped their roster and look to make a run at the playoffs this year.
