Nick Sirianni provides injury updates on Miles Sanders and Dallas Goedert

It looks like the Eagles could be getting back two crucial players this Sunday against the New Orleans Saints. Earlier today, Nick Sirianni provided updates on Miles Sanders and Dallas Goedert, and things look to be on the upswing. Sanders is about to be activated from injured reserve while Goedert was in concussion protocol following Sunday’s game against Denver.
According to Nick Sirianni, Goedert is trending towards playing, having participated in practice yesterday. Goedert was limited, but the newly extended tight end doesn’t seem to be slowed down at all. For Sanders, Sirianni said he has had two good practices but has yet to decide for Sunday.
If things continue down this path, both of these two will likely be ready for Sunday’s game while the Saints are trending in the opposite direction. Alvin Karama and both their starting offensive tackles missed yesterday’s practice, with their availability looking doubtful. We will get a better idea of how both teams stand when their injury reports release later today.
