The Arizona Fall League has officially come to an end. The Peoria Javelinas fall season is over, and the Phillies minor league players are now looking ahead to the 2022 regular season. Earlier this week, the 2021 All-Arizona Fall League Team was announced, and Bryson Stott slashed his way onto the team

Bryson Stott took home the All-AFL Team award for the shortstop position, after a dominant season in the AFL. Stott finished his fall playing 26 games, tallying 88 total at-bats. He slashed a line of .318/.445/.489, with 2 HRs, 31 RBIs, 7 doubles, 5 stolen bases, 24 walks, and an OPS of .934.

Stott led the AFL in RBIs by 5, and led the shortstop position in runs, hits, doubles, RBIs, and walks. Stott turned heads throughout the AFL season, bringing utter confidence and hope to the Phillies’ future with the shortstop position. Stott won this award pretty easily, with no honorable mentions even listed at shortstop.

Logan O’Hoppe had a great fall season as well, and although he didn’t make the All-AFL team, he was a runner-up at the catcher position. O’Hoppe finished with a line of .299/.440/.519, with 3 HRs, 17 RBIs, 23 hits with 8 doubles, and an OPS of .960. O’Hoppe led the AFL among catchers in runs scored, home runs, and walks. Gabriel Moreno of the Blue Jays took home the award, and well deserved, after a 28-hit fall with a line of .329/.410/.494.
