Kid delivers perfect Gardner Minshew Mississippi mudflap impersonation

After Gardner Minshew’s incredible first start against the New York Jets, “Minshew Mania” is officially running wild in Philadelphia. The 25-year-old completed 20 of 25 passes for 242 yards, and two touchdowns, while finishing the game with a completion percentage of 133.7 against the New York Jets last Sunday.
He played so well, in fact, fans are now calling for him to start over Jalen Hurts following the bye week. The Eagles, however, remain on the same page with Hurts as the starter heading into next week against Washington.
Earlier today, we saw WIP and Angelo Cataldi dress up as Gardner Minshew, which was horrendous. But it appears we finally have the perfect impersonation.
A kid decided to impersonate the infamous Gardner Minshew post and perfected the look. WIP needs to take some notes and see how it’s done. The kids seem to love Minshew, and why shouldn’t he?
The original video comes from Minshew himself, who is asking someone if they want to take a ride with the “Mississippi Mudflap” and proceeds to shake his mullet.
What is a “Mississippi Mudflap”?
According to the Urban Dictionary, a “Mississippi Mudflap” is “A long, thick and voluminous mullet, found on the beautiful redneck of Mississippi. I liken it to a lion’s mane, only much prettier when observed in it’s natural habitat.”
It shouldn’t be surprising that WIP tried to ruin something fun, but if you’re going to impersonate Minshew, at least do it correctly. This kid nailed it.
