Flyers Injury Updates: Fletcher speaks with the media following practice

The Flyers practiced at 11am today in Voorhees and some much needed injury/illness updates followed.

Carter Hart returned to practice today and is ready to get back into the gameday flow. Morgan Frost and Max Willman are still in COVID-19 protocol and are doing fine according to Chuck Fletcher.

Wade Allison was injured again in his last game in Lehigh Valley and is out for the foreseeable future. This is such a tough break for Allison who can never get a sprinkle of luck.

Brassard remains day-to-day and Fletcher said he’s progressing. An update on Ryan Ellis was also given and he is still week-to-week.

Sean Couturier didn’t practice today and according to Fletcher it was just a maintenance day. Kevin Hayes left practice early and was promptly placed in COVID-19 protocol. In response, the Flyers recalled Jackson Cates.

Philadelphia takes on the Washington Capitals tomorrow at home on ESPN+. The Flyers have secured points in the standings in all of their last 5 games and look to extend it to 6.
