Giants hiring Eagles executive Brandon Brown as their next Assistant GM

Another Eagles executive is on their way out of the organization. According to Adam Schefter, the New York Giants are hiring Director of Player Personnel Brandon Brown as their next Assistant General Manager.
Brown was previously part of the Philadelphia’s scouting department from 2017 through 2020 and was promoted this past offseason. He’s best known for being the scout who pushed them to draft Jordan Mailata in 2018.
Earlier this offseason, the Minnesota Vikings interviewed Brown alongside Catherine Raiche for their GM vacancy but eventually went elsewhere.
The Giants hired former Bills executive Joe Schoen as their GM a few weeks ago and former Eagles quarterback Mike Kafka as their offensive coordinator. Brian Daboll followed Schoen to New York to become the Giants’ next head coach.
Chicago also hired Eagles’ Director of Player Personnel Ian Cunningham as their Assistant General Manager last week. Howie Roseman has built himself an elite group in Philadelphia, and he will need to make several moves this offseason to replace the voids created by Cunningham and Brown’s departures.
