Report: Doug Pederson steals offensive assistant from Eagles

New Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson has begun to put his staff together.
Former Cardinals OC Mike McCoy was hired to be the team’s quarterback coach, followed by Mike Caldwell joining the staff as defensive coordinator.
Next on Pederson’s list is former Lions OC Jim Bob Cooter, who spent the 2021 season with Nick Sirianni in Philadelphia:

While never officially a part of his Sirianni’s staff, Cooter helped with game-planning and in-game management last season. He also had a hand in two-minute situations for the Eagles.
Pederson was reportedly considering Press Taylor for an offensive role on his staff as well.
