It appears the Philly rental market just got even hotter. One of the city’s newest offerings on Airbnb is the “Hottie House,” which has a rather… provocative interior design. Plus, nobody would blame you if reading the description made you wonder about what exactly goes on in there.

It’s getting hot in here ! The Philly hottie house was designed by a creative director to give its guests a fantasy experience. Not only is our space fully equipped with all your living essentials but , the excitement starts as soon as you walk through the door as you enter our affirmations installation. There are 3 more themes to enjoy upstairs with our lovers room , jungle experience bedroom and museum like living room featuring art from local artists.

I mean, just tell me what you see when you look at the Hottie House:

If you said anything other than a place to rent on short notice for quick, anonymous hookups, you’re a better person than I. My first thought was either that or a porn set.

Despite appearances, this isn’t the Northeast’s answer to Japanese love hotels (bummer, I know).

Instead, designer Siren Redd specifically remodeled the home to make it an “Instagrammable” location for girls’ weekends, bachelorette parties, and the like. So, still kind of like a porn set, but like a regular one. 

At the same time, though, they can order a personal chef, a masseuse, or a dominatrix (looking at you, John Clark), so maybe it is a little bit like a porn set? I don’t know. 

What I do know is that Siren Redd is missing out on a massive market here by primarily targeting groups of women. Think of all the Penn frat bros that would pay well above market rate to rent the Hottie House to do cocaine off a live snake while one explains to his creeped out date how the allegations against him are “totally bogus.”

Even outside that particularly lucrative clientele, the “WAP”-inspired house should draw interest from people of all genders and affiliations.

You know what? The Liberty Line is long overdue for some team bonding, and I think the Hottie House would be a perfect location to stay at. Plus, at only $167 a night, it’s a great deal, too.

However, it will be interesting to see the current market price of snake rentals. A lot has changed since my days in that business. But that’s a different blog for a different time.
