Final Four Betting Preview: Free $200, Odds, Picks, & every sportsbook promotion available
The 2022 March Madness Tournament continues today with the Final Four and by the end of the night, we will know which two teams will punch their tickets to the National Championship. Here’s a quick look at both games today, along with a million different ways to get FREE MONEY and risk-free bets to bankroll all of your college basketball bets.
Villanova vs. Kansas -4.5 | O/U: 133
When you have North Carolina and Duke on the other side of the bracket, it’s not hard to understand why the matchup between Villanova and Kansas has been essentially background noise over the past week.
On top of that, Nova’s second-leading scorer Justin Moore tore his Achilles, turning even more eyes away from this matchup. Meanwhile, Kansas has Remy Martin back and their offense firing on all cylinders, which could ultimately be in the nail in the coffin for Nova Nation and the Wildcats.
When looking at these two teams, I’m focused on what happens from beyond the arc and how that could influence not only the outcome of the game, but the under in both the first half and matchup as a whole.
Under on EVERYTHING
Nova relies heavily on three pointers to win basketball games, with nearly 40% of their total offense coming from outside. Today, they will face a Kansas defense that holds opponents to less than 30% shooting from three point range.
If both teams get off to a slow start and Nova can’t get things moving from three point range, the Under 61.5 1H looks really enticing to start off your college basketball bets tonight. From there, we might as well follow the under train across the board for Nova.
Kansas -4 (PointsBet)
Without Justin Moore, it’s going to be a tough game for the Villanova to win. Moore is second on the team in scoring (14.8 PPG) and third in total rebounds (4.8 RPG) for the Wildcats. Replacing that type of production is going to be tough, even when you have an elite coach in Jay Wright.
The Jayhawks are a complete basketball team that will grind you down into dust and I fully expect that to happen today against Nova.
Kansas will be punching their tickets to the National Championship game tonight.
North Carolina vs. Duke -4.5 | O/U: 151
In case you literally don’t know anything about college basketball, this is one of the most anticipated Final Four matchups in college basketball history.
Duke’s Coach K is in the midst of his goodbye tour and trying to add one more National Championship to his trophy case but will first have to get past a very good UNC team that has beaten his Blue Devils once already this season.
North Carolina has two five-star and eight four-star recruits on its roster. Duke has five players that were five-stars and three four-stars. Both teams are elite three point shooters (Remember that FREE $200) and knocked down a total of 34 threes over their first two meetings.
Why am I telling you this? Well, unlike the Nova game, we’re going OVERS EVERYTHING for the UNC-Duke game. Both games went over this season and over the last five meetings between these two teams, the over has hit every. single. time.
I love the value here with UNC to dethrone Coach K and send Duke home. North Carolina Money Line +162 or UNC +4.5 both work for me here. Plus, I can’t stand Duke but even with taking my hatred out of my decision making, I like a Tar Heels upset tonight.
