Ducks at Flyers preview: Flyers to honor Lou Nolan

After whooping the Columbus Blue Jackets 4-1, the Philadelphia Flyers return home to take on the young Anaheim Ducks.
Joel Farabee will miss this contest with an illness and Martin Jones will get the start. The Flyers will honor legendary in-arena announcer Lou Nolan pre-game.
The Flyers’ projected lineup:
Oskar Lindblom — Scott Laughton — Cam Atkinson
Noah Cates — Kevin Hayes — Owen Tippett
James van Riemsdyk — Morgan Frost — Travis Konecny
Hayden Hodgson — Nate Thompson — Patrick Brown
Travis Sanheim — Rasmus Ristolainen
Kevin Connauton — Ronnie Attard
Much like Thursday night this is a battle between two teams that are out of the mix. Both teams are young and show signs of confidence if you allow them to play their game.
The Anaheim Ducks have some up and coming talent mainly headlined by calder candidate Trevor Zegras. Players like Zegras, Terry, Drysdale, etc… will all take it to you if you aren’t sharp. Former Flyer Anthony Stolarz may get the start for Anaheim as well.
Morgan Frost recorded an assist last night and continued his stretch of confident play. I feel like I showcase him every game but it’s because he’s giving me reasons to do so. If you are watching the Flyers nightly you know he’s doing the correct things and the points will soon follow.
Ew. What the fuck is this, Frost? pic.twitter.com/34k4nnZRg1

Owen Tippett is another player who I am noticing nighty. He skates well and has a rocket of a shot, and it’s a bit unpredictable too. Noah Cates also has been producing lately for the Flyers directly off of the NCAA tournament.
Ew. I like this Tippett guy. pic.twitter.com/veJjyOYwuR

Well, yet another evaluation game. The Flyers have been playing the most enjoyable hockey all season and prospects are finding their stride. The only thing I can ask for is that they keep the confidence rolling.
