Joel Embiid to Drake: I’m coming for the sweep

I honestly feel bad for the Toronto Raptors at this point. What a spine-crushing loss tonight in Game 3, all thanks to a Joel Embiid three-point overtime game-winner to put the Philadelphia 76ers up 3-0 in the series.

After the game, Embiid made it a point to track down Drake and tell him that he’s coming back Saturday for the sweep. The rapper initially laughed but realized that he wasn’t even remotely joking. His facial expression immediately shifted, and he stumbled over his words like Nick Nurse bitching to the refs.
See if you can pinpoint the exact moment Drake turned into a whole bitch.
Couldn’t spot it? No worries!
Our eagle-eyed Editor-in-Chief Drew Smith took the courtesy of clipping it:

He went from “If You’re Reading This, It’s Too Late” to “Degrassi” real quick. Pretty much in an instant. I can’t really fault him, though. I’d immediately fold if Joel was in my face talking shit.
Embiid packed up the entire Raptors fanbase tonight, and it’s clear nobody was safe. It doesn’t matter how many mid records you’ve sold. When the MVP talks, you tremble before him and listen. Drizzy is no different.
This has got to be a rough time for Champagne Papi. Rihanna’s baby with A$AP is due any day now, Pusha T is ready to reignite their beef, and Joel Embiid embarrassed him and his team in their home arena. So I guess popping bottles isn’t on his agenda anytime soon.
At any rate, I can’t wait for the Sixers to finish the Raptors off this upcoming Saturday. Like all Raptors fans, Drake bothers me to an abnormal degree, so seeing him and his compatriots have their souls completely ripped out put a smile on my face. Seeing him verbally abused by the man who silenced an arena as he tried to slink out of there was just icing on the cake.
Sixers in 4. See you in Miami.
