Eagles begin 2022 season on the road, opponent for home opener revealed

While the complete 2022 NFL schedule will be revealed this upcoming Thursday, some games are being leaked ahead of time.
The league has announced that the Eagles will be hosting the Minnesota Vikings as part of a Week 2 Monday Night Football doubleheader.
The game will be Philadelphia’s home opener, which means they’ll open the season on the road for the third consecutive year.

Justin Jefferson will travel to Philly for the first time since the team infamously passed on him two years ago. Luckily for the fans, the Eagles softened that blow this offseason by acquiring star WR AJ Brown.
The Week 2 matchup will take place at 8:30 PM EST at Lincoln Financial Field.
