PA Attorney General Josh Shapiro to investigate atrocious NBA MVP voting in 2022

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro has had enough. The gubernatorial candidate officially announced on Twitter that he is launching an investigation into the NBA MVP selection process.
Here is Shapiro’s statement after Nikola Jokić was revealed as the winner:
I must say, it’s a nice change of pace to have our elected officials finally stand up to the NBA Deep State. The Sixers have been disrespected by General Secretary Adam Silver and his corrupt cronies since the firing of Sam Hinkie, but finally, we have the powers that be on our side.
When I voted for Shapiro for Attorney General, I was content with his platform. Now, as he looks to take on a multi-billion dollar corporation, I’m proud to have him represent the Commonwealth.
Does this make him a lock for the governorship? I have no idea. While I am many things here at The Liberty Line, an expert on state-level elections isn’t one of them.
I only voted for him the first time because my friend worked on his campaign. All I know is he’s doing what’s right. Isn’t that what matters most?
To give credit where it’s due, former Governor Ed Rendell first floated the idea of investigating the MVP selection process back in April. Even so, it’s good to see the old guard and the new reaching across the aisle to act in the best interests of their constituents.
