2 Lancaster County Chocolate Factory workers rescued

You may have heard of Death by Chocolate as a delicious dessert option.
Well, two Mars employees in Lancaster County nearly experienced it in a far more literal sense.
The two employees somehow became trapped in a waist-high vat of chocolate and had to be rescued by the fire department. There is no word on how they became trapped.
I assume this chocolate factory is not staffed by Oompa Loompas because they’ll usually be the ones to explain why exactly a person had tragedy befall them.
One particularly harrowing detail? The fire department determined they couldn’t just pull these poor folks out. They had to cut through the side of the steel vat. Yes, this was far more horrifying than whimsical.
It appears both of the workers will survive this nightmare, thankfully. Given that one of them had to be airlifted to a hospital I’m assuming their injuries and road to recovery will be less than fun.
The next time you eat a bag of M&Ms, take a moment to be thankful for the men and women that put their lives on the line to bring you your snacks.
