76ers partner with SoleSavy to release custom Sixers Air Force 1 Low shoes

The Philadelphia 76ers are partnering with SoleSavy to offer “Custom BeSpoke SoleSavy x Sixers Air Force 1 Low shoes” available in the SoleSavy marketplace.
SoleSavy, which appears to be a website where you can join as a member for $33 per month, will be selling the limited edition shoes. From my understanding, this website allows you to become a member, and then you get access to different custom shoe drops that you can buy, trade, and sell.
According to the SoleSavy release video, only 76 pairs were made for the limited edition release.
Honestly, I’m not a big sneaker guy. The entire sneaker club idea makes me feel old. I know a lot of you are and that’s why I’m writing this article. Signing up and paying $33 a month so you have a chance to land limited edition shoes seems stupid to me but I totally get people like doing that type of stuff.Â
If the Philadelphia 76ers were going to drop limited edition Kevin Durant shoes with SoleSavy, that’s something that would grab my attention, however these boring shoes with simple team logo branding and a weird SoleSavy logo on the heel just isn’t doing much for me.
The shoes aren’t really anything special. I can get down with the navy and red combination which aligns nicely with the Spectrum jerseys that made their debut last season but overall, kinda boring right?
