The Dallas Cowboys are getting ROASTED over new partnership with Black Rifle Coffee

The Dallas Cowboys announced a partnership with Black Rifle Coffee, a veteran owned brand founded in 2014.
It should come as no surprise that the Cowboys are now getting destroyed across social media and in the actual media for being “tone deaf” after partnering with a “gun-themed coffee company” following the string of mass shootings that have taken place over the past few months, most notably the horrific events in Uvalde, Texas and Highland Park, Illinois.
In case you’re unfamiliar, Black Rifle Coffee offers products with gun and military themes, including AK-47 Espresso Blend, Silencer Smooth Roast, Gunship Roast, and Murdered Out.
Talk about another classic Cowboys blunder…
This is barely a political issue. The biggest problem here is the timing and lack of self awareness from the Dallas Cowboys to launch this partnership calling Black Rifle Coffee “America’s Coffee” for “America’s Team”.
They literally set themselves up for criticism and backlash. What a bunch of idiots.
Half of the people in America are terrified they’re going to get turned into Swiss cheese walking in public. The other half are stockpiling weapons and are terrified the government is going to take their guns away and throw them into FEMA camps. That’s not even considering that everyone glued to their phones and social media are looking for every single reason to “cancel” someone.
Just horrible, horrible timing.
Then you have this woman on NBC Sports Boston:
Yikes. I understand the point this lady is trying to make but when your reasoning behind it is the fact that Black Rifle Coffee “makes coffee dangerous” and “guns are dumb” it’s kind of hard to take you seriously. On top of that, saying that bad people wear Black Rifle Coffee clothing is hardly a sound argument against the partnership either.
IT’S LITERALLY COFFEE.
Again, we are talking about COFFEE, folks. Black Rifle Coffee is owned by veterans and yes, they are and were members of the military. I have no idea why anyone is surprised by the fact that their entire brand is based around the American Flag, guns, and military names.
Anyways, it’s always fun to watch the Cowboys get trashed
I absolutely love watching the Cowboys get roasted (pun intended) on the internet. Nothing brings memories more joy in life to have that entire football organization get shit on by the general public.
These tone-deaf idiots thought this would be a smart marketing campaign and it fell flat on it’s face and the Jones Family continues to make terrible business decisions.
As for Black Rifle Coffee, anytime you align yourself with the Cowboys you are on the wrong side of history. For that reason alone it’s really hard for anyone outside of Dallas and the fake Cowboys fans that live all over America without ever going to Texas, to really have your back in this situation.
Coffee aside, hopefully the rest of America can all come together now with one common message:
Fuck Dallas. Go Birds.
