Kid Cudi walked off stage during his Rolling Loud set last night in Miami because the audience wouldn’t stop throwing things at him, chanting Kanye

Kid Cudi walked off stage during his set at Rolling Loud in Miami last night after the audience kept throwing things at him.
Rolling Loud (get it, weed, blunts, concert, loud music) was headlined by Kid Cudi this year after Kanye West backed out earlier this week over unknown circumstances. Fans in attendance were apparently not happy with the fact that Cudi replaced Ye, and starting throwing objects on stage.
I mean look, Kid Cudi gave the crowd a simple ultimatum. If you throw shit at him, he was going to leave the stage. So OF COURSE, that just made more people throw things onto the stage and then as a result Cudi left the stage. It’s pretty simple actually.
Side Note: I saw Kid Cudi at Firefly Music Festival years ago and there were thunderstorms, forcing him to cancel his set mid-performance. He then refused to leave, trying to get his Gavin Rossdale MTV Spring Break moment before security forced him off stage. Cudi trashed the entire stage and people absolutely loved it. I couldn’t help thinking about him destroying and trashing everything, encouraging fans to throw things and boo Firefly officials, while now getting mad when things are getting thrown at him. The irony…
Regardless, having things thrown at you obviously sucks and Cudi had every right to be pissed. I would however, always advise against asking the crowd to NOT do something because every instance I’ve seen, they respond by doing exactly what you don’t want them to do.
From there, Cudi left the stage and everyone in the crowd started chanting Kanye.
Apparently the entire incident all stemmed from Cudi-Ye beef that’s been happening. Then you have Ye backing out last minute as the headliner and in comes Cudi. He should have known things weren’t going to go smoothly.
Then to make matters worse, Lil Durk brought out Kanye and performed “Father Stretch My Hands, Pt. 1” – a song that originally featured vocals by none other than Kid Cudi.
Now that, is just brutal. Rough look for Cudders. Kanye West is going to be Kanye West, all the time. Of course he caused a huge scene.
