AJ Brown threw shade at the Titans after Deebo Samuel re-signed with the 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers finally were able to get Deebo Samuel back with the team on Sunday thanks to three-year, $73.5-million extension that includes a whopping $58.1 million in guaranteed money.
Just last week, division rival DK Metcalf also received an extension, signing a three-year, $73-million contract to remain with the Seattle Seahawks.
AJ Brown throws shade at Titans
Brown took the opportunity to throw some shade on Twitter at the Tennessee Titans for not offering something similar, then using the pick they acquired from the Eagles to select his “replacement” in Arkansas standout Treylon Burks.
The Philadelphia Eagles worked quickly to sign Brown, agreeing to a four-year, $100 million extension after acquiring him from the Titans in exchange for a 2022 first-round pick and 2022 third-round pick.
Looking around the league, the contract actually holds up pretty damn well with other wide receivers of the same caliber, in an offseason that went CRAZY with extensions.
Tyreek Hill signed a 4 year, $120,000,000 contract with the Miami Dolphins, including a $25,500,000 signing bonus, $72,200,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $30,000,000.
Davante Adams turned down a lot of green from the Green and Gold to play for the Silver and Black. The wide receiver was stunningly traded to the Raiders this offseason, promptly signing a big-time contract worth $140 million over five years.
Stefan Diggs still had two years left on his contract and the Buffalo Bills added four years and $96 million to what Diggs had remaining on the final two years of his contract. The result is a six-year contract with an average annual salary around $21 million.
DJ Moore agreed to a three-year, $61.884 million extension, with $41.61 million guaranteed.
Cooper Kupp landed a three-year contract worth $80 million and will now get $110 million over the next five years.
Brown now joins Jalen Hurts and DeVonta Smith as a key member of the Eagles’ young offensive core. Worth noting, the Tennessee Titans will be at Lincoln Financial Field in Week 13.
