Kevin Durant, James Harden continue their world tour, seen in Barcelona working out together

Over the past few weeks, Kevin Durant and James Harden have been spending a ton of time together. We have seen the duo in London at a Travis Scott concert and now, we have even more footage of the two working out together in Barcelona.
In a video tweeted from what could very well be a Kevin Durant propaganda burner, KD and Harden appear to be in a somewhat empty gym working out together.
Kevin Durant and James Harden in Barcelona
As the days go by, it’s becoming more and more clear that Kevin Durant never wanted James Harden to leave Brooklyn and he’s absolutely devastated to be stuck on the Nets with two of the NBA’s biggest losers in Kyrie Irving and Ben Simmons.
Side Note: There is still no follow up report on Ben Simmons leaving the Nets group chat story from last week, so that’s probably true, right?Â
All things considered, Durant and Harden are still close and continue to pop up all over the world together on social media. Is it possible that these two are just super rich and good friends so they’re spending the offseason traveling around the world together and doing shit we all wish we were doing rather than working throughout the week?
Sure.Â
However, James Harden is ELITE at getting himself off of teams and places that he doesn’t want to be and the fact that Durant has been so close to him over the summer makes me think that Durant is taking a few plays from the Harden playbook and trying to force himself to Philadelphia.Â
I know there’s A LOT of you on social media that shed tears over the thought of losing a young, star player like Tyrese Maxey. Unfortunately, that’s the price you pay to land one of the greatest players of all time that’s literally a walking bucket and will give you 30 points per game in his sleep.
I’m sorry Tyrese Maxey. I really am. You shouldn’t be the one who has to go in this entire mess but the city of Philadelphia will thank you after the 76ers win two or three championships over the next five years. You’ll be invited back to the parade and can celebrate with us. Tobias Harris can come as well.
The sicker part of me would love to see a starting lineup in Brooklyn of all ex-Sixers players. Imagine a lineup with Maxey, Simmons, Curry, Harris, and whoever they want to run out there at center while Philadelphia is sporting a starting five of James Harden, DeAnthony Melton, Kevin Durant, Joel Embiid, and PJ Tucker.
God that would be so sad yet so damn funny at the same time.Â
