Los Angeles Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs: 3 Player Props for Thursday Night Football

Thursday Night Football is back with yet another powerhouse matchup after Week One’s Bills-Rams game. Tonight, the Los Angeles Chargers are heading to Arrowhead to face the Kansas City Chiefs.
I’m going to focus this mainly on the Los Angeles Chargers and Justin Herbert’s passing abilities for tonight’s game, mainly because the Chargers will be without Keenan Allen (hamstring), which should open up more opportunities for the rest of the offense.

Bet MGM – Bet $10, Win $200 if either team scores a TD
First up is BetMGM. It’s an NFL promotion so place a $10 bet on any NFL game for tomorrow and you’ll get $200 FREE. I know they say if either team scores a TD but during the NBA season it was “Either Team Hits a 3-Pointer” and people got paid out instantly. At the very least, you’ll have some extra bank roll for the weekend slate.

PointsBet isn’t exactly dishing out free bets but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have an account. My favorite sports book is offering RISK FREE bets totaling $2000 for tonight’s Thursday Night Football matchup between the Chargers and Chiefs.
Justin Herbert OVER 0.5 Interceptions (-110)
Herbert was solid last week against the Raiders. However, the rising star did throw 15 interceptions last season and tends to risk it all throwing into tight windows at times.
These are two high-powered offenses and there will be plenty of scoring tonight, which means that Herbert will be letting the ball fly, leaving him open to throwing an interception.

Mike Williams Anytime TD Scorer (+150)
Mike Williams was nonexistent last week with only two receptions on four targets for a measly 10 yards. To think that this level of production is what to expect out of Williams this season would be a serious misjudgment.
Last season, Williams had 76 receptions, 1146 yards, and 9 touchdowns. Without Keenan Allen, it’s safe to say that Herbert could be looking at Williams as his primary wide receiving target tonight, which is why in this game, I love a Mike Williams scoring a touchdown.
With the total being so high, the opportunities should be plenty for him to score.

Jalen Guyton Anytime TD Scorer (+850)
I saw this pick floating around online. Again, it makes sense given the fact that Keenan Allen is OUT tonight. The Chargers now only have four wide receivers that are healthy and last year, Guyton found the end zone in THREE STRAIGHT GAMES.
The value here is too good to pass up. Jump on it while the odds are still high.

Austin Ekeler OVER 4.5 Receptions (-155)
Check downs to Ekeler all night long, baby.
Last week, with a healthy receiving corps, Ekeler caught four passes on four targets. I’m thinking he gets roughly 7-8 targets tonight, and grabbing five of those for receptions shouldn’t be an issue.
