WATCH: Phillies release Red October hype video and 26-man playoff roster

The Philadelphia Phillies kick off their hunt for the World Series trophy at 2:07 EST as they take on the St. Louis Cardinals in Game 1 of the National League Wild Card Series.
Hype videos are flooding social media and we are here for every single one of them. Being out in Arizona, the Phillies will start at 11AM in Scottsdale, and the Wild Card beers are already flowing.

The Fightins have also released their 26-man playoff roster. Bailey Falter makes the roster as a left-handed reliever along with Noah Syndergaard and Kyle Gibson out of the pen as righties. Right-handed reliever Nick Nelson was left off the roster, along with Darick Hall.

INF Edmundo Sosa has returned from the IL and will be available in Game 1. Sosa hit the IL back on September 16th with a strained hamstring after hitting .315/.345/.593 with 2 HRs, 13 RBIs, 17 Hits, and an OPS+ of 153 as a Phillie.

Left-handed reliever Brad Hand has also returned from the injured list after being sidelined with right forearm tendinitis back on September 22nd. Hand logged a 2.80 ERA in 45 innings with 14 earned runs allowed.
Darick Hall was left off the roster due to his tough splits against left-handed pitchers. Hall hit just .083/.083/.083 against lefties with just one hit and seven strikeouts.
