Eagles linemen to release ‘A Philly Special Christmas’ album on 12/23

Beloved Eagles linemen Jason Kelce, Lane Johnson, and Jordan Mailata are teaming up to create a Christmas album entitled ‘A Philly Special Christmas.’ The three big fellas are taking their talents away from the line of scrimmage and into the studio, and it looks like they’re having a hell of a time putting the project together.
Here’s a look behind the scenes at the making of ‘A Philly Special Christmas’:
This album is going to be a banger.
If you disagree, you’re either the Grinch, Satan himself, or Chris Christie (wrong when it matters most). It does not matter who you are or what you think, this will be one of the greatest Christmas albums of all time.
You can tell these guys are having a ball in the studio. When you enjoy making music, the songs just sound better. Take it from me, it’s science.
Any Eagles fan would kill to be a fly on the wall during these recording sessions. Hanging with three of the city’s favorite players rocking out, drinking beers, and singing classic Christmas tunes is a fantasy I never knew I had.
If Jordan Mailata does not play the digeridoo I will be disappointed, but I’ll get over it. I just hope it isn’t too late for them to add a little riff in there for the fans.
I’ve seen multiple fans calling for rookie DT Jordan Davis to get a feature on the album. If it was anybody else, I’d disagree, but his sheer mass and on-stage chemistry with Jordan Mailata should qualify him.
Regardless, 12/23 is marked on my calendar to stream ‘A Philly Special Christmas’ and yours should be too.
