DONT FEED HOUSTON: Angelo’s is now getting bomb threats and bad reviews online after denying Astros catering, Mike’s BBQ joins the movement

Needless to say, the Houston Astros are having a hard time finding a good meal in the city of Philadelphia. Yesterday, Angelo’s Pizzeria in South Philadelphia went viral online after refusing to offer catering services to the Houston Astros. And now, more restaurants have joined them, while Houston Astros fans threaten to bomb our famous food establishments and crush them with negative reviews online.
First, let’s touch on Mike’s BBQ, who joined the “Don’t Feed Houston” movement.
Mike’s BBQ posted a photo of the text on their Instagram page:

Pretty simple. No BBQ for you, Houston. Sorry losers. Better hit up Popeye’s or if you’re still stuck on your pizza cravings, maybe Papa Johns? Little Caesars? I don’t know and certainly do not care. I hope you cry yourselves the whole way home on Thursday night after the Phillies take the next two at Citizens Bank Park and get crowned the 2022 World Champions of Baseball.
Of course, the Houston Astros fanbase did not take too kindly to Angelo’s Pizzeria not providing catering to their team. Thanks to our friends at Crossing Broad, they were able to track down some footage about what the famous South Philadelphia pizza shop has been going through since yesterday.

Not only that, but the Yelp! Reviews are just getting flooded by people who are upset. Luckily for anyone in the Philadelphia area that actually eats at Angelo’s these reviews hold ZERO weight on anything and will only serve as a sign of solidarity to the Philadelphia Phillies and the brave pizza shop that simply said NO to the Astros.
