Stolen Valor: Vikings Jumbotron crew gets trolled during Skol Salute by random Twitter account
The Minnesota Vikings got absolutely embarrassed in their own house by the Dallas Cowboys today, losing 40-3. While Kirk Cousins and company were stinking up the place, whoever was running the Jumbotron was also having a very rough day after getting trolled by a tweet for the #SKOLSALUTE segment during the game.Â
Basically, the Vikings do a nice little segment during games where you can tag them on Twitter with the hashtag #SKOLSALUTE and they will send your message up on the Jumbotron.
In front of a sold out crowd in Minnesota, which is roughly 70,000 people, the Vikings Jumbotron crew flashed the following tweet up for everyone to see. Send by Twitter user Kyle (@kylerulz4th) the tweet featured a picture of what the Vikings apparently thought was a member of the United States military with a nice message from his cousin honoring him for his service.

Okay so for those who are unfamiliar who that gentleman is in the picture seen above, it’s a man that goes more commonly by the name Johnny Sins. According to reports, he also plays a doctor, plumber, FBI agent, president, cop, firefighter, ninja, dad, robber, real estate agent, step dad, and a wide variety of characters, including a member of the United States army.
To be clear, he is an adult film actor and is widely popular according to the internet. I personally wouldn’t know and only figured that out from folks on the internet. Again, it certainly had nothing to do with with me watching pornography. That would be disgusting.
Anyways, bad look for the Vikings. Luckily, the team was just as bad today so hopefully this will get overshadowed relatively quickly. Or not. Whatever.
