Eagles News: AJ Brown fined for TD celebration vs. Titans

The NFL has given out the latest round of fines to players for unsportsmanlike conduct penalties committed during last week’s games.

Eagles WR AJ Brown was one of those players, being fined $13,261 for his celebration after a TD catch vs. Tennessee.

The catch was reversed after review, but Brown scored again on the very next snap anyway. Brown explained the meaning behind the celebration after the game.

“Today I’m going to have to give you a whooping, but I still love you, though” Brown said with a laugh. “That’s where the hug came in at the end.”

This isn’t the first time the ex-Titan has been penalized for celebrations — he was fined another $10k earlier this season for pointing at two Pittsburgh defenders following a TD catch.
