Rumor: Eagles are a team to watch in the Odell Beckham Jr. sweepstakes

As the free agency tour for Odell Beckham Jr. continues, a new team has entered the mix — according to ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio.
OBJ had visits with the Giants, Bills, and Cowboys this week and has since returned home to weigh his options.
Dallas was the presumed favorite of the three destinations, but they reportedly have concerns following OBJ’s physical as they wanted him to play before the postseason.
The consensus appears to be that signing Beckham Jr. wouldn’t have a benefit until 2023, whereas teams interested were hoping he’d contribute to their playoff push this year.
As the standoff continues, Florio believes the Eagles are a team to watch for OBJ’s services.
Last year, when the OBJ free-agency sputtered, we said, "Watch the Rams." As this year's OBJ free-agency sputters, I'll say this: Watch the Eagles.

OBJ, 30, has spent the 2022 season rehabbing after tearing his ACL in last year’s Super Bowl. His fit in the Eagles’ current WR room is questionable, with AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith entrenched as the top pass-catchers.
GM Howie Roseman has never been bashful about pursuing stars, however, evidenced by the additions of Linval Joseph and Ndamokung Suh earlier this season. With Jalen Hurts playing at an MVP level, Roseman may add one last weapon to help Philly secure their second Super Bowl title.
Beckham Jr. started seven games for the Rams in 2021, recording 27 receptions for 305 yards and 5 TDs.
