Six different players scored in double figures, highlighted by another 30+ point game from Joel Embiid, 15 assists from Tobias Harris, and Matisse Thybulle scoring a season-high 15 points in the win.
Sixers Box Score
- Joel Embiid: 10-16 FG, 31 PTS, 7 REB, 2 AST, 1 STL, 1 BLK
- James Harden: 21 PTS, 7 REB, 15 AST, 5 STL
- Tobias Harris: 21 PTS, 7 REB, 9 AST, 1 STL, 1 BLK
- Matisse Thybulle: 15 PTS, 2 REB
- Shake Milton: 14 PTS, 3 AST, 1 STL
- Georges Niang: 12 PTS, 6 REB, 3 AST, 1 STL
The Sixers were without Tyrese Maxey (left foot fracture), Danuel House Jr (left foot laceration), and De’Athony Melton (back stiffness) but made quick work of the Kings in South Philly last night.
James Harden became the first player in 76ers franchise history with 15+ points and 15+ assists in back-to-back games. It was also Harden’s fourth 20-point, 15-assist, 5-steal performance since 2014. To put that into perspective no one else in the NBA even has even one game like that during the same timeframe.

Joel Embiid scored the first six points of the game for the 76ers, notching 16 first-quarter points. Thanks to Harden’s 15 assists, the Sixers as a team finished the game with a season-high 34 assists. Ball movement and pace of play were on full display last night for the Sixers and it’s clearly a point of emphasis for this team moving forward.
After the game, Embiid told reporters “half of the time he doesn’t even feel like scoring” and that he doesn’t want to score. (lol).
I want to make sure the ball is always moving. That’s been one of my jobs, and that’s how we need to play. … For us to win, we need to move the ball and we need to play together. And obviously (Harden is) doing a fantastic job just getting everybody else easy shots.” via NBC Sports Philadelphia
