The Sixers wrapped up the 2022 calendar year with a 115-96 win in Oklahoma City on New Year’s Eve against the Thunder.
Without James Harden, Tyrese Maxey, and PJ Tucker due to “injury management” the Sixers took a well-balanced attack into OKC backed by a Joel Embiid triple-double and a 23-point night for Tobias Harris.
Embiid had 16 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists for his fifth-career triple-double and first of the 2022-23 season.
