Jason Kelce ‘could give two fucks’ about first place or playoff seeding
The Philadelphia Eagles let a golden opportunity get away from them on Sunday in a miserable 20-10 loss to the New Orleans Saints.
With the opportunity to clinch the No. 1 seed and a first round bye in the playoffs, the Eagles laid an egg against the Saints. After the game, Jason Kelce spoke with the media and let everyone know that he could “not give two fucks about clinching first place or seeding” because the Eagles have a lot of things to get fixed.

I completely understand that everyone is losing their damn minds on social media since the loss to the New Orleans Saints. It was an ugly one for sure but just like I said in the preview on Sunday morning, if you would have told me that the Eagles would have two games left on the schedule, one against the Saints and then the New York Giants, with the chance to take the No. 1 seed in the NFC, I would have made that deal every single time.
The Eagles haven’t lost two consecutive games all season and things just weren’t clicking on Sunday with Minshew behind center. Next weekend, Hurts will be back on the field for the Eagles against a Giants team that’s not very good.
Does Kelce actually not give a fuck? I highly doubt it. You want the NFC playoffs to run through South Philadelphia, obviously. I do however, think that Hurts returning next week and getting some action before the playoffs will benefit him and the birds moving forward. If Hurts had three weeks off and then was thrown into a playoff game, who knows how that would have looked, right?
Beat the Giants, rest up, and then we’re back for the second round of the playoffs at Lincoln Financial Field.
