Jim’s South St releases new floor plan, set to reopen in 2023 after devastating fire last July

Jim’s South Street cheesesteak and hoagie shop will be reopening in 2023. 

After a devastating fire in July 2022, the iconic cheesesteak shop on South Street posted new renderings of their building on Twitter Sunday afternoon, along with a New Year’s message saying that they will open again this year.

Looks like the renderings will include a “Proposed 2nd Floor Addition” to the shop, which should be pretty cool. No date has been set for reopening this year, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
