Preview: Sixers look for third straight win on the road as they return to Crypto.com Arena to face the Los Angeles Clippers

The Philadelphia 76ers continue their Western Conference road trip as they return to Crypto.com Arena to face the Los Angeles Clippers on tonight at 10PM.
Just so everyone is on the same page, we love the Late Night Sixers here at The Liberty Line. West Coast trips are legit and give us something to productive to do deep into the darkness of night. That of course, relies on the Sixers winning basketball games, which they have been able to do twice already on their current road trip, with 1-point victories over both the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Lakers.
The Clippers have won two of their last three games to finally end a brutal six-game losing streak. They enter tonight fresh off a 121-100 win against the Houston Rockets. The game before, they lost by 12 points to a Denver Nuggets team that didn’t even have Nikola Jokic playing.
Big Yikes.Â
Tonight, they will get Paul George back in the lineup after he missed the last five games with a hamstring injury.
Clippers Injury Report
- John Wall – OUT (abdominal strain)
- Luke Kennard – OUT (calf strain)
- Paul George – QUESTIONABLE (hamstring)
For the 76ers, the recipe is simple. Give Joel Embiid the ball and let him go to work.
Embiid is averaging 33.4 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game this season and my unbiased opinion, should be front runner to finally take home the NBA MVP. Unfortunately the national media refuses to acknowledge greatness and we’re used to it, so let’s continue.Â
James Harden is a master facilitator and put up an INSANE 21 assist against the Clippers in December. Harden is fresh off a 13-assist night against the Lakers and without injury, his 11.2 assists per game would be the best in the NBA if he played enough to qualify for the useless honor.
Tonight, Harden’s assists are set at 10.5 and I’m 100% smashing the over.Â
The Sixers are currently 1.5-point dawgs and +102 on the money line with DraftKings Sportsbook, and if you’re a new user, tonight is the perfect night to grab $200 in FREE BETS when you place a $5 wager on the game.Â

The Philadelphia 76ers have been fantastic to bet on lately, going 7-2 straight up on the money line. The offense has been thriving with James Harden and Joel Embiid leading the way. Since the start of the new year, the Sixers rank fifth in the league in offensive rating (120 points per 100 possessions) and all things considered, I like them rolling the Clippers tonight like the managed to do back in December, when they beat LA 119-114 at The Well.Â
Oh, and the Clippers have struggled A LOT over the last 12 games, ranking just 23rd in defensive rating.Â
Pick: Over 223 | Sixers ML +102
