WATCH: Sixers fan drains INSANE half court shot, wins season tickets

The Philadelphia 76ers were finally back home last night, facing the Chicago Bulls with an opportunity to clinch a playoff spot on the line.
The game didn’t go their way, as they lost in double overtime 109-105 thanks to strong efforts from DeRozan (25), LaVine (26) and Vucevic (21) all scoring 20+ points in the win.
Joel Embiid continued to dominate anyone who dared to get in his way, scoring 37 points with 16 rebounds and three blocks before fouling out in the second overtime period.
Embiid extended his franchise record to 10 consecutive games with at least 30+ points.Â

Unfortunately, the rest of the Sixers team (specifically James Harden) came up short in the loss. Harden had a rare off-night, which was ultimately the deciding game factor. Harden shot a miserable 2-for-14 from the floor while going 0-6 from three point range. He also turned the ball over five times.
While the Sixers failed to clinch a playoff berth, it’s almost inevitable they’ll do that over the next week. One Sixers fan last night however, did clinch season tickets for next year, after hitting an insane half court shot during last night’s game.

With the loss, the Sixers fell back to third place in the Eastern Conference Standings, a half game behind the second place Boston Celtics and three games back of the first place Milwaukee Bucks.
