Crazy Pills: Charles Barkley thinks Embiid’s ‘kick’ was worse than Draymond Green stomping on Domantas Sabonis

Charles Barkley believes that when Joel Embiid “kicked” Nic Claxton last night, it was worse than what Draymond Green did to Domantas Sabonis.
Charles Barkley on Joel Embiid vs Draymond Green
Honestly, I feel like I’m going insane. The fact that anyone would even compare the two incidents is beyond me.
Draymond Green was ejected in Game 2 between the Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings after literally stomping on Domantas Sabonis.
Sabonis hit the floor, grabbed Green’s leg, and then got STOMPED on. Hello?!
Draymond Green then went full WWE on Sabonis, delivering a Seth Rollins stomp to the big man as he was still down on the ground. The play resulted in Green being assessed a Flagrant 2, which, well, yeah, no shit.
He jumped off that man like an Olympic gymnast would a springboard preparing for Paris 2024. How is that even remotely comparable to what happened last night in Brooklyn?

Sabonis was also given a Flagrant 1, which is also fair. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
So last night, we had yet another “play stupid games, win stupid prizes” incident with Embiid “kicking” Nic Claxton after this idiot decided to stand over the MVP of the NBA and flex after scoring a basket in the first two minutes of the game.
Joel Embiid kicks Claxton after he tries to step over him.
Embiid was issued a Flagrant 1. Nic Claxton received a technical.
This is all completely stupid.
Joel Embiid shouldn’t have reacted like that obviously, but to think this is a crazy incident where Embiid should have been ejected from the game and now suspended for his actions is just silly.
At the end of the night, the Brooklyn Nets are an unserious basketball team and shouldn’t even be in the playoffs.
You want Joel Embiid to be suspended for Game 4? Okay. No problem at all. That’s still an easy win for the Sixers.
