Joel Embiid had an MRI on his right knee and of course, the results are not good

Joel Embiid had an MRI on his right knee after Game 3 against the Nets last night and of course, the results are not good.
Embiid has suffered a sprained right knee and will now miss Game 4 against the Brooklyn Nets on Saturday.
Embiid OUT Game 4 with Right Knee Sprain
With the sprained right knee, there’s still optimism that Embiid could be ready to play again by early next week.
Unbelievable.
Just when you thought the Sixers were clicking and relatively healthy, here comes Jacque Vaughn and the Brooklyn Nets with a clear game plan to injure Joel Embiid in Game 3 and surprise, surprise, that’s exactly what happened.Â
I really don’t understand how that’s even allowed?
Anyways, I’m sure if Game 4 tomorrow actually mattered and the Brooklyn Nets were a good basketball team, then Embiid would probably just play through it.
Embiid has definitely played through worse.
Let’s just hope this is more of a precautionary measure and get this series with Brooklyn over with tomorrow.
Then, everyone will have time to rest and prepare themselves to play against the Boston Celtics.Â
